In today’s lesson, we will learn about the calming power of circles!

There are two videos for today: How to Make Calming Circles and How to Make Baby Enzos.

In Zen, ensō (円相, “circular form”) is a circle that is hand-drawn in one or two uninhibited brushstrokes to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create.

You can choose to do one lesson today and the other over the weekend. Or you can do both today! Which ever works best in your schedule.
