Note that we upgraded our Patron’s experience to include a new and easier way to download rewards right here at BuddhaDoodles.com. This sytem was created in February 2021. If you became a patron before this date, your account may be in our old system that we are manually transferring to our new system.

Please email customercare@buddhadoodles.shop for assitance if you are not able to have your question answered here or access certain features (such as changing billing) in the new patron’s area.

 

How do I log in to my Patron’s Account?

1. Go to BuddhaDoodles.com and click on “My account” in the navigation bar. Or go to this link directly: https://buddhadoodles.com/my-account/

2. Enter your username and password when prompted. If you lost your password, click “Lost Password?” and follow the instructions. Make sure to check spam/trash if you don’t see it within 10 minutes.

3. After you login in, clcik on the “Member’s Area” in the very top right corner of the site. Or go directly to this link: https://buddhadoodles.com/members-log-in/

4. Select the member’s area that matches your subscription. 

5. The shortcut to the patron’s gallery of rewards is: https://buddhadoodles.com/product-category/patrons-rewards/

You can only see the rewards if you are logged in.

 

How do I update my billing?

1. Go to BuddhaDoodles.com and click on “My account” in the navigation bar. Or go to this link directly: https://buddhadoodles.com/my-account/

2. Enter your username and password when prompted. If you lost your password, click “Lost Password?” and follow the instructions. Make sure to check spam/trash if you don’t see it within 10 minutes.

3. After you log in, you will be brought to your dashboard. On the left hand side click on  “Payment Methods”.

4. You will be brought to a page where you can add a new payment method.
