  • Black maker/Sharpie
  • Ruler
  • Optional: Watersolable crayons and Multimedia Paper
  • Watercolor brush or q-tips

This course is designed to be a group coaching experience.

You will have the opportunity to attend live calls and receive
teaching support from Molly.

A limited number of seats are available because a smaller
class size allows Molly to be available to each student.




How long are the daily videos? 

There are two versions of the daily lessons. The “short version” ranges from 10  to 20  minutes and is intended to fit in with your busy schedule. The longer version can be done when you have more time. Because you have lifetime access to the course, there is no falling behind. You can always come back to the lessons when you have more time.

When are the daily videos sent out? 

Each video lesson will be made available daily in the Mindful Drawing Membership area. We recognize that certain people live in areas of the world, like Australia or Japan, that will be a few hours ahead of the published lesson. That’s ok, all lessons are pre-recorded so there is no falling behind

I don’t consider myself a “draw-er” but love to play with pens/pencils/colors/paint. Is this the right course for me?

The lessons are tailored specifically for people with little to no drawing experience. Most mindful drawing students began the class with no drawing experience and finished it with a new found confidence and skills set.

This is not a traditional art class, nor is it intended to replicate an art school course. The lessons incorporate both mindfulness and drawing with the purpose of helping reduce stress and promote a sense of well-being.

Some of the lessons will be simple and slightly abstract, others are introductions to simple drawing techniques to create your own characters, and have fun with some secret and simple tools Molly uses to create her drawings.
There is also a bonus week with surprises!
